KlarisIP Names Former NY Jets Exec as Chief Commercial Officer 

Global intellectual property management and consultancy firm KlarisIP announced that Marc Riccio has joined the company as its new chief commercial officer. KlarisIP is a privately-owned firm that helps companies monetize and protect intellectual property in the sports, entertainment, gaming, and esports industries.

Riccio, a 30 year veteran in the entertainment space, will direct “commercial activities” for the company in collegiate and professional sports, esports, and video gaming. 

He will report directly to KlarisIP CEO and founder Edward Klaris. 

Prior to joining KlarisIP, Riccio advised esports and gaming companies through his consultancy firm MR21 Advisory. Prior to launching his own firm, Riccio spent 17 seasons handling business development and operations for NFL team New York Jets. Prior to that, he taught as an associate adjunct professor at Hofstra University.
